EnviroSCAN Probe

This award-winning technology, is the only commercially available product that allows for monitoring to great depths (up to 40 metres) using the same profiling probe. Get greater flexibility plus precision monitoring at multiple selected depths in each soil profile. EnviroSCAN probes are placed inside an access tube, which is fully sealed. The probe can be easily pulled up for maintenance or to replace parts if needed – providing a long field life. Available with either a flat cap for installation at ground level, or with a raised screw cap.

Drill & Drop probe

Easy Installation, Accurate Soil Moisture, Salinity, And Temperature Measurement. The Drill & Drop probe is fully encapsulated and can be completely buried, reducing the risk of machinery damage.

Measures soil moisture and temperature, with salinity optional useful for Vegetable crops, Fruit & Nut tree crops, Vines, Berries, research, and landscapes. The Drill & Drop probe is available in lengths from 30cm (12″) through to 120cm (48″) with sensors every 10cm or four inches.
It is also offered as a Single Point Sensor measuring 10.5cm or 4″ for SDI-12 loggers.

Diviner 2000 is a portable and robust device measuring soil water over multiple depths (at 10 cm intervals) in the profile. Diviner 2000 consists of a probe and hand-held data logging display unit.The patented ‘Swipe and Go’ technology means that Diviner 2000 does not need to be held at each individual depth in the soil profile. To take a reading the encapsulated capacitance sensor is simple swiped in and out of the access tube, measuring up to 16 depths in just a few seconds.

Sentek SoluSAMPLER

Incorporating SARDI Soil Water Extraction Technologies

The Sentek SoluSAMPLER is a soil solution sampler that draws moisture from the surrounding soil and stores it in an inert ceramic cup, awaiting collection and analysis. It is the ideal complement to the TriSCAN sensor, enabling precise site-specific analysis of soil pore water salinity content.

Sentek SoluSAMPLER is available in two types, the difference is in the pore size of the ceramic cup:
  • Low Flow – suitable for most applications
  • High Flow – suitable for light texture and moist soils (for rapid sampling)
Sample Analysis
Samples of soil pore water are extracted from the ceramic cup using a syringe. Analysis of the water can then be carried out by:
